Expect a weekend of winter festivities shared with the people we love most – the members of our Lone Peak Summit Club! Membership includes: fresh tracks in fresh (🤞🏻) snow, slopeside après, high-tech stargazing, and proper spirits at a cabin tucked in the woods. But, the heart of it all will be toasting to 'I do' beneath Lone Peak Mountain, followed by an evening of CELEBRATION.

Moonlight Basin requires all wedding guests to stay on site, and honestly, we couldn't agree more. Winters in Big Sky are as  beautiful as they are unpredictable.

We've subsidized a special room rate for guests. Do not yet book directly, as The concierge team will be in touch via email to curate a personalized itinerary that best meets your needs.

BZN AirpOrt

(Bozeman) is a one hour drive from The O&O Moonlight Basin. Flights are limited, so we recommend booking early. For guests arriving late in the evening, we've arranged a small room block at the Hyatt Place Bozeman near the airport. Head to the pre-rsvp page to share flight info as soon as you're able!

Transportation

TRANSPORT

will be provided for all hosted wedding events. The O&O concierge is also available to arrange rides in the Big Sky area. we'll coordinate airport transfers for peak arrival and departure times. The sooner you share your flight details, the more likely we can accommodate. Rideshare options exist in the area, but are limited.

We understand schedules are busy, so take the time you need. But the earlier we know your plans, the better we can prepare for your arrival. Mountains require a bit more planning than cities. Advance notice goes a long way!
